The Society

Objects of the Society

  • To provide assistance in the form of scholarship etc to the society and economically backward students to pursue higher studies.
  • To run and maintain educational institutions to promote research and impart training in various fields of study at primary as well as advanced levels.
  • To run and maintain hospital and welfare centers for the economically weaker and down trodden people in the society.
  • To manage and administer any technical institutions such as college schools polytechnic, library reading room trust orphanage nursing home hospital women hostel and other institutions irrespective of caste or social status.
  • The activities of the association in furtherance of its object are
  • To receive and collect any gifts subscriptions and donations either in cash or kind or acquire by any lawful ways and means and spend the same in fulfilment of all or any of the aims and objects of the association the income and properties of association shall be applied solely for the promotion if any donor intends that his contribution, donation or subscription shall be applied to the attainment of that particular objects or objects only.
  • To acquire by purchases, take on lease or by gift or otherwise and hold any movables and also any immovable property or properties or any rights or privileges that may be deemed necessary for the advancement of the object or objects of the association/
  • To do all such other lawful acts, deed and things, as are incidental and conductive to the attainment of the objects of the association.
  • To take over absorb or amalgamate with any other association or association whose objects are similar to the objects of the association/
  • To apply income and properties of the association for the fulfilment of its objects and not pay any portion therefore by way profit or dividend or bonus.
  • The activities of the association will be carried out only in India.
  • The activities of the association shall be the welfare of the society and not involving in any political activity and for profit.
